Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since you received your purchase , unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

If you refuse to accept your package for any reason other than damage to the package, you may receive a refund for the products, minus the original shipment costs and the return shipping fees and a 5% restocking fee, if and when we receive the package back to our warehouse.
Orders that have already been shipped cannot be canceled.
If you decide to cancel your order after we have informed you that it has been shipped, you will only be refunded once the shipment returns to us and minus the shipping cost.
