Free worldwide shipping on orders over $150.

All prices include VAT, so you won’t be charged additional taxes or handling fees upon delivery.

Handmade & Made to Order

Every Umasqu piece is handmade and made to order.

Estimated delivery time: up to 2 weeks.

We know you’re excited to receive your mask, and we’ll always do our best to get your order to you as quickly as possible.

Shipping & Tracking

All orders are shipped via UPS and include tracking.

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number so you can follow your package. Please monitor your tracking updates and contact UPS directly for assistance with a shipment in transit. Customers are responsible for tracking their orders after dispatch.

Delivery Times

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the destination and shipping service. Delays may occasionally occur due to customs, holidays, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Umasqu is not responsible for carrier or customs delays. Delays do not qualify for cancellation, compensation, or refunds.

Refused or Undeliverable Packages

If you refuse delivery for any reason other than damage to the package, you may receive a refund once the package is returned to us. The refund will be reduced by the original shipping costs, return shipping fees, and a 5% restocking fee.
